Day 40 Earth Day Songbirds

Songs of Joy

The voice of feathered creatures come in song

So heedful folks observe and sing along

One of my daily joys is listening to the many songs of the birds in my neighborhood. I should learn who is who !

I know these:

My two favorite:

chickadee

and meadowlark

of course, robin

so many quail

the lovely canyon wren

soaring above: eagle

Great Horned Owl

the beautiful and intelligent raven

crow

Today’s Prompt:

See yesterday’s how-to on couplets in iambic pentameter.
