WriteOut CLmooc Garden Map

I love my backyard. It’s seen the best times of my life: Cousin Camp with the grandkids. Besides the plants and trees that provide habitat for wildlife, especially song birds and butterflies, this backyard kept grandkids busy at various stations we created: painting, reading, physical activity, dam building, music, ninja script and drama, breakfast nook, hide-aways, girls clubhouse, boys clubhouse, dance, etc. Not to mention the hikes to Fiddle Creek and the bat cave, tea parties, and hours spent boating, tubing, and swimming at the lake.

Two of the cousins created this rap during Geek Out time:

In case you’re wondering about fairies, there’s a story here.

Perhaps, since the oldest are now 23 — perhaps their will be some great-grandkids spending cousin time together.

There is no greater gift in life than family and the memories we grow together, our life garden.

What’s special about your backyard garden?
